13 questions
Which ERPs do you connect?
SAP ECC and S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion and NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo and Sage, through REST, OData, IDoc or EDI, depending on the system.
Which e-invoicing mandates do you cover?
Saudi ZATCA Phase 2, UAE PINT-AE through EmaraTax and Oman in the Gulf, and EU ViDA, Peppol and national tax APIs in Europe and Asia.
What happens when a payment or an invoice fails?
It goes to an exception queue with the reason, and the right person is alerted. Nothing is dropped and nothing is posted twice, because each transaction can be retried safely.
What is AP2?
The Agent Payments Protocol: a way for AI agents to pay under a cryptographic mandate the business has signed, with limits and a record of every purchase.
Can you connect suppliers who only use EDI?
Yes. We exchange EDI with suppliers and translate it to and from the ERP, alongside APIs and portals.
Will real-time sync hold up at peak?
We design and load-test it for the busiest days, such as regional shopping festivals, and reserve stock in a dedicated service so the database is never the bottleneck.
What is a large quantitative model? (Operations and supply chain)
A model built for numbers rather than words: it simulates supply, demand and prices so planners can test decisions before they make them.
What is an EU digital product passport?
A record of a product’s materials, origin and supply chain that the EU will require for many products. We integrate the data it needs from your ERP and suppliers.
Do you recommend a CRM platform?
We recommend one after looking at your processes and systems. We implement and extend Salesforce, ServiceNow and Microsoft Power Platform, and connect each one to the ERP.

Will dynamic pricing change prices on its own?
Only within the rules you set. The model recommends, and people approve or set the limits within which it may act.

What is conversational BI?
A way to ask questions of your data in plain language. The answer comes with the query and the data behind it, so it can be checked.

Can it work in Arabic?
Yes. We use Arabic-first and regional dialect models such as Jais, Falcon and ALLaM, as well as European and Asian models.
Do the voice agents speak Arabic?
Yes, with Arabic-first and regional dialect models, hosted privately where customer data must stay in the country.

Agreeing a time
Our team emails you to agree a time for the session.
Pre-consulting session
A free 30-minute online pre-consulting session: we go through your goals, systems and constraints.
Readiness review
In a free 48-hour readiness review, a Principal Architect checks your project against the 6-point Definition of Ready and recommends the track that fits.
Choosing the track
Scope-ready projects receive a binding proposal within 3–5 business days. Concept-stage projects start in the Blueprint Studio. A live system that is failing, undocumented or needs integration starts with a diagnostic of 1–2 weeks. The Blueprint Studio and the diagnostic each have a fixed fee, quoted in the proposal.
