Cyber & Quantum
Post-quantum cryptographic migration, agentic AI security, zero-trust architecture and round-the-clock converged SOC and OT defence.
Overview
XSIS Cyber & Quantum secures financial institutions, government ministries and critical infrastructure against immediate cyber threats and the approaching quantum decryption horizon.
Drawing on KONG GROUP's cryptographic software engineering, we run automated cryptographic bill of materials (CBOM) discovery and engineer full-stack migrations to NIST-standardised post-quantum cryptography.

Continuous threat exposure management, zero-trust network architecture, DevSecOps with SBOMs and scanning, and continuous penetration testing.
Converged SOC/NOC, cyber resilience and OT/IoT defence
An AI-driven SOC and NOC on watch around the clock, with threat hunting, OT, SCADA and IoT security, and ransomware resilience with incident response retainers.
Where to start with security
Most organisations know they have weaknesses. Few know which ones matter most, or in what order to fix them. These are the usual starting points, and the service that covers each.
Assessment, testing and remediation
Your applications, APIs, cloud and networks reviewed and tested the way an attacker would, each finding ranked by risk and fixed with your team. Continuous penetration testing, red and blue team exercises and exposure management are part of exposure remediation, zero trust and DevSecOps.
Hardening and vulnerability management
Secure baselines for servers, containers and cloud accounts, and every known vulnerability given an owner and a deadline, through continuous threat exposure management and automated patching.
Identity and access
Zero-trust access for people and devices, and just-in-time credentials for AI agents and other non-human identities under agentic AI security.
Secure development
Secret vaults, a software bill of materials for every build, and dependency and container scanning in your delivery pipelines, under DevSecOps.
Detection and incident response
Logs that keep what an investigation needs, alerts that reach someone who can act, and a response plan your team has rehearsed, backed by a converged SOC and NOC and incident response retainers.
Data security
Encryption, tokenisation and masking of sensitive data belong to data governance, sovereignty and privacy in our AI & Data division.

How to start
What happens next
Pre-consulting session
A free 30-minute online pre-consulting session: we go through your goals, systems and constraints.
Readiness review
In a free 48-hour readiness review, a Principal Architect checks your project against the 6-point Definition of Ready and recommends the track that fits.
Choosing the track
Scope-ready projects receive a binding proposal within 3–5 business days. Concept-stage projects start in the Blueprint Studio. A live system that is failing, undocumented or needs integration starts with a diagnostic of 1–2 weeks. The Blueprint Studio and the diagnostic each have a fixed fee, quoted in the proposal.
Delivery in five stages
Mobilisation, sprints with live demonstrations, integration and hardening, acceptance and go-live, then managed services. After launch comes a warranty period, then optional support and maintenance.
Fixed-outcome projects and round-the-clock managed services
Fixed-scope, milestone-driven delivery with named delivery leads, and round-the-clock application managed services under SLA governance.
The quickest way in is the Post-quantum (CBOM) and agent security audit package, one of our rapid engagement packages.
Questions and answers
Where should we start with cybersecurity?
Start with the systems that would hurt most if they were attacked: usually the ones that hold customer or payment data, move money or keep the business running. A focused assessment of them shows the weaknesses that matter and gives you a ranked plan. If you use AI agents or hold data that must stay secret for years, the post-quantum and agent security audit is the natural first step.
Is XSIS itself ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certified?
We do not claim certificates of our own. Our operations, source code and the cloud workloads we run for clients sit on infrastructure whose providers hold those attestations, and we engineer your systems to pass the audits you face. Our security and trust page explains how.
Can you help us meet a security standard or regulation?
Yes. We compare your controls with the standard or regulation you must meet, such as DORA, NIS2, the Saudi NCA ECC or SAMA rules, show the gaps and help you close them. You keep evidence that an auditor can check. We do not certify you ourselves: certification is granted by an accredited body, and we help you prepare for its audit.
What is the difference between a security assessment and a penetration test?
An assessment reviews how your systems are designed, configured and run, and finds the gaps against recognised good practice. A penetration test attacks the systems within agreed rules, to show what an attacker could actually reach. The two work best together: the assessment shows the breadth of the problems, the test shows their depth.
Can security testing harm our live systems?
We plan testing to avoid harm. The systems, times and methods are agreed in advance. We test in a non-production environment when it matches production closely enough, and avoid disruptive tests unless you approve them. A named contact on your side can stop the test at any time.
What happens if we have a security incident?
Follow your response plan and call the contacts it names. If we support your systems, your XSIS contact is one of them. We work with your team to contain the incident, keep the evidence, restore service and find the cause. Afterwards you receive a written review of what happened and the changes that prevent a repeat.
Is one assessment enough?
It is a good start, but systems, people and attackers change. That is why exposure management is continuous: scanning without pause, testing again after significant changes and reviewing access regularly. We can do this under a managed services agreement, or train your team to do it.
Who sees the findings, and who owns the report?
Only the people you name. Findings are shared over encrypted channels you approve, never by unencrypted email. The report is yours. We keep evidence only as long as the agreement allows and delete it at the end.
Ready to build? Ask for a proposal.
Send your requirements or RFP. Our architects validate them and return a binding, fixed-scope proposal.
