Services

Cloud & Infrastructure

Sovereign cloud architecture, private GPU compute clusters, platform DevOps and AI token FinOps.

Overview

XSIS Cloud & Infrastructure gives enterprises and governments sovereignty, elastic scale and financial control over their compute. We design and migrate workloads across hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba) and regional sovereign clouds, using open-source infrastructure as code (Terraform, OpenTofu, Pulumi) and Kubernetes so that workloads stay portable.

For high-density AI workloads we engineer hybrid inference infrastructure and private on-premises GPU clusters with deterministic latency, backed by round-the-clock AIOps and SRE and cloud and AI token FinOps: semantic caching and dynamic model routing that cut LLM inference spend.

Who it's for

  • VP of infrastructure and cloud

Portable, sovereign estates and private GPU capacity, defined as code and run around the clock.

  • Chief information officer

Residency rules met, lock-in reduced, and one accountable partner from migration to operation.

  • Head of platform engineering

An internal developer platform, verification gates for AI coding agents and releases teams can repeat.

  • Chief financial officer

An owner for every cloud and AI cost, and inference bills lowered through caching and model routing.

What we are known for

How to start

What happens next

  1. Pre-consulting session

A free 30-minute online pre-consulting session: we go through your goals, systems and constraints.

  2. Readiness review

In a free 48-hour readiness review, a Principal Architect checks your project against the 6-point Definition of Ready and recommends the track that fits.

  3. Choosing the track

Scope-ready projects receive a binding proposal within 3–5 business days. Concept-stage projects start in the Blueprint Studio. A live system that is failing, undocumented or needs integration starts with a diagnostic of 1–2 weeks. The Blueprint Studio and the diagnostic each have a fixed fee, quoted in the proposal.

  4. Delivery in five stages

Mobilisation, sprints with live demonstrations, integration and hardening, acceptance and go-live, then managed services. After launch comes a warranty period, then optional support and maintenance.

  • Fixed-outcome projects and round-the-clock managed services

Fixed-scope, milestone-driven delivery with named delivery leads, and round-the-clock application managed services under SLA governance.

The quickest way in is the Cloud portability and AI token FinOps audit package, one of our rapid engagement packages.

Questions and answers

Where should we start?

Most clients start with the cloud portability and AI token FinOps audit. It shows where you are locked in to one provider, sets out a route to a sovereign or multi-cloud estate, and puts caching and model routing in front of your AI workloads. Larger programmes follow from it.

Which clouds and platforms do you work with?

AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud and regional government clouds, as well as your own data centres and private GPU clusters. Infrastructure is defined in Terraform, OpenTofu or Pulumi and workloads run on Kubernetes, so the choice of provider stays open.

Can you help us move off a hyperscaler?

Yes. We assess which services tie you to the provider, design the target in a sovereign cloud, another provider or your own data centre, and move workloads in stages with a rollback path for each. You decide how far to go: some clients move everything, others only the workloads their regulators care about.

Do you run the platforms after they are built?

If you want us to. Our engineers can run the platform around the clock under a managed services agreement, with response times set for each severity, or hand it over to your team with the runbooks and the training to run it.

Ready to build? Ask for a proposal.

Send your requirements or RFP. Our architects validate them and return a binding, fixed-scope proposal.

  1. Readiness review

In a free 48-hour readiness review, a Principal Architect checks your project against the 6-point Definition of Ready and recommends the track that fits.

  2. Binding proposal

After architecture validation at no cost, you receive a binding, fixed-scope proposal within 3–5 business days: milestones, architecture, team structure and SLAs. We sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with you on request, before you share your requirements.

  3. Mobilisation

Once you sign, our engineering pods begin Sprint 0 within 5–10 business days of contract signature.

  4. Delivery in five stages
