Education and workforce upskilling
More people trained, faster, on platforms that work in every learner’s language.
Why training more people, faster, is hard
Education providers and governments are asked to train more people, for new jobs, faster. National programmes such as Saudization and Emiratization depend on it. Yet learning often happens on platforms that do not connect to the systems that track skills and jobs, and practical training needs equipment and time that are scarce.
Targets that keep rising
National programmes such as Saudization and Emiratization need local talent at scale.
Learning apart from jobs
Learning platforms rarely connect to the systems that track skills and roles.
Too little practice
Practical training needs equipment and time that are scarce.
What changes
What changes with the right platforms: learning that works on every device and in the learner's language, practice in realistic simulations before the real task, and programme leaders who can see who has learned what.
Learning on every device
In the learner’s language, accessible to every learner.
Practice before the real task
Realistic simulations of equipment and sites.
Progress in view
Programme leaders see who has learned what, and what it led to.
Where we work
What we build
- Learning portals and apps for learners, teachers and administrators
- Personalised learning paths with recommendation models
- Arabic-first speech and language AI for tutoring and assessment support
What we build
- Workforce upskilling platforms with skills tracking
- Upskilling academies set up as part of build-operate-transfer hubs
- Programme dashboards for leaders and sponsors
What we build
- Serious-training simulations and interactive systems
- Training in digital twins of real plants and sites, built with Unity, Unreal Engine or NVIDIA Omniverse
Typical integrations
- Learning platforms, so simulation results count towards a learner's record
- Operational data from the real site
What we build, connect and secure
Learning platforms
Web portals and native or cross-platform mobile apps that work for learners of every age and ability.
Serious-training simulations
Realistic practice in 3D, so people learn the task before they meet it.
Language and speech AI
Arabic-first and regional dialect models, hosted privately, for tutoring, feedback and content.
Upskilling academies
Academies inside build-operate-transfer hubs that grow local talent and hand over the capability.
Programme insight
Dashboards and automated reporting on enrolment, progress and outcomes.
Identity
Single sign-on for institutions, and national digital ID for citizen programmes.
HR and talent systems
Learning records linked to HR and talent platforms, so skills reach career decisions.
Fees and payments
Payment gateways and the ERP, for fees, sponsorships and grants.
Learner privacy
Learner data minimised and kept where the law requires, designed for GDPR and the MENA personal data protection laws.
Accessibility
Platforms designed and tested to WCAG, so learners who use screen readers, magnifiers or keyboards are not left out.
AI guardrails
AI that supports learners or assessment runs with guardrails and algorithmic risk audits, and people stay in charge of decisions.
How we work
We build EdTech platforms and serious-training simulations, and we set up upskilling academies inside build-operate-transfer hubs that hand over to local teams. Everything is designed to WCAG accessibility requirements, and learner data stays where the law requires.
Define the outcomes
We agree the skills and outcomes the programme must deliver, and how they will be measured.
Build the platform and content tools
Platforms and simulations are built in stages and tested with real learners.
Hand over
Where the programme needs it, a build-operate-transfer hub trains local teams and hands over operations.

How to start
What happens next
Readiness review
In a free 48-hour readiness review, a Principal Architect checks your project against the 6-point Definition of Ready and recommends the track that fits.
Blueprint Studio
Structured workshops turn your goal into a ready-to-build blueprint. Tier 1 takes 1–2 weeks, Tier 2 3–4 weeks and Tier 3 4–6 weeks, each at a fixed fee quoted in the proposal.
Ready-to-Build Blueprint Pack
You receive a Ready-to-Build Blueprint Pack of 6 deliverables: the product and functional specification, the architecture and technology stack blueprint, the integration and data contract specification, an interactive UI prototype, the security and regulatory matrix, and a binding fixed-price build proposal. You own 100% of the blueprint once the fee is paid, written in vendor-agnostic standards you can use with XSIS or with another provider.
Fee credited to the build
100% of the Blueprint fee is credited toward the build when you choose XSIS to build it. The credit is valid for 60 calendar days after the blueprint is delivered, for a build contract of at least 8× the Blueprint fee.
Hybrid delivery and build-operate-transfer hubs
On-shore technical leadership with vetted nearshore and offshore capacity, complete build-operate-transfer capability centres and workforce localisation.
AI-native product teams
Managed, cross-functional pods of senior engineers, equipped with agentic coding and QA harnesses.
Questions and answers
Can the platform work in Arabic and other languages?
Yes. Interfaces are built for right-to-left and left-to-right languages, and the AI can use Arabic-first and regional dialect models hosted in a private or sovereign cloud.
How do you support Saudization and Emiratization programmes?
We set up build-operate-transfer hubs with upskilling academies for local talent. The hub is built and run with your people, then handed over with its intellectual property and operations.
When is a training simulation worth building?
When practising on the real equipment or in the real situation is costly, risky or hard to arrange. We start with the tasks where mistakes cost the most, and measure whether the simulation improves performance.
Are your learning platforms accessible?
We design and test them to WCAG, with keyboard, screen-reader and magnifier users in mind, and we include accessibility checks in automated testing.
Who owns the platform and the content you build for us?
You do. All custom source code, designs, documentation and fine-tuned model weights belong to you once the milestone they belong to is paid.
Start with a conversation, not a contract.
Tell us what you need to build, connect or secure. An architect goes through it with you, then recommends where to start.

Agreeing a time
Our team emails you to agree a time for the session.
Pre-consulting session
A free 30-minute online pre-consulting session: we go through your goals, systems and constraints.
Readiness review
In a free 48-hour readiness review, a Principal Architect checks your project against the 6-point Definition of Ready and recommends the track that fits.
Choosing the track
Scope-ready projects receive a binding proposal within 3–5 business days. Concept-stage projects start in the Blueprint Studio. A live system that is failing, undocumented or needs integration starts with a diagnostic of 1–2 weeks. The Blueprint Studio and the diagnostic each have a fixed fee, quoted in the proposal.
