Multimodal, speech and vision AI
AI that listens, speaks, reads and sees, and completes the customer’s request
Customers call, write and send photos; systems only read forms
Customers expect to be served by voice, chat and messaging at any hour. Contact centres struggle with queues, and most bots can only answer simple questions before handing over.
Much of the information a business needs arrives as speech, free text, images or video. Without AI that understands those forms, people have to listen, read and watch before anything happens.
What you get
Service at any hour
Voice and chat agents that answer around the clock and complete requests, not only route them.
Requests completed
Conversations that end with the work done in your systems, such as a booking changed or a payment made.
What customers really say
Sentiment and meaning drawn from calls, messages and reviews, so you see what customers say at scale.
Sites that see
Cameras and sensors that recognise what happens on site, processed at the edge where speed matters.
What we deliver
Speech-reasoning voice agents and contact centres
Voice agents that reason over speech directly, AI receptionists and contact-centre agents that understand callers and resolve their requests.
Transactional conversational AI
Customer agents across your channels that call your APIs to complete a request, such as checking an order, changing a booking or making a payment.
NLP, sentiment and semantic analysis
Natural language processing (NLP) that classifies messages, measures sentiment and finds meaning in calls, emails, reviews and documents.
Physical AI and edge computer vision
Physical AI, world models and computer vision at the edge for robotics, smart cities, video recognition and OCR.
How it works
Choose the conversations
We pick the requests that matter most by volume and value, and agree which the AI completes and which go to people.
Connect the systems
We give the agents narrow, logged access to the systems they need to act, such as your CRM, booking or payment system.
Build and test
We build the agents or models and test them on real recordings, messages or images, in the languages and accents your customers use.
Design the hand-over
We design how a conversation passes to a person with its full context, so the customer never repeats themselves.
Release and improve
We release in stages, review conversations and errors with your team and keep improving the models.
Technologies and standards
Voice agents reason over speech natively, and conversational agents execute API calls across your channels. NLP covers sentiment and deep semantic analysis.

How to start
Clients usually start with one high-volume conversation or one camera use case, proven in a working pilot before it is extended.
What happens next
Agreeing a time
Our team emails you to agree a time for the session.
Pre-consulting session
A free 30-minute online pre-consulting session: we go through your goals, systems and constraints.
Readiness review
In a free 48-hour readiness review, a Principal Architect checks your project against the 6-point Definition of Ready and recommends the track that fits.
Choosing the track
Scope-ready projects receive a binding proposal within 3–5 business days. Concept-stage projects start in the Blueprint Studio. A live system that is failing, undocumented or needs integration starts with a diagnostic of 1–2 weeks. The Blueprint Studio and the diagnostic each have a fixed fee, quoted in the proposal.
AI-native product teams
Managed, cross-functional pods of senior engineers, equipped with agentic coding and QA harnesses.
Questions and answers
Will AI agents replace our contact-centre staff?
They take the routine, high-volume requests, so your staff handle the complex and sensitive ones. Every conversation can pass to a person with its full context. You decide which requests the agents complete on their own.
Can a voice or chat agent actually complete a request?
Yes. Transactional agents call your systems through narrow, logged tools to do the work, such as checking an order or changing a booking. Steps that carry risk, such as payments, can require the customer’s or an employee’s confirmation.
Do the agents understand Arabic and regional dialects?
We build and test agents in the languages and dialects your customers use, including Arabic, using models tuned for them. We test on real recordings and messages before any customer hears or reads the agent.
How are recordings, messages and images protected?
They are processed only where you allow, which can be inside your own environment. Access is limited and logged, and personal data is masked where the task allows. Retention follows your rules.
Why run computer vision at the edge?
Video is heavy and some decisions cannot wait. Processing on or near the camera gives faster results, sends less data over the network and keeps footage on site when it must stay there.
Which channels can the agents serve?
Voice calls, web chat and messaging, connected to the same back-end systems so a customer can move between channels. We start with the channel that carries the most requests.
Who owns the agents and models?
You do. The code, prompts, conversation flows and any models we train for you are yours once each milestone is paid. Commercial models remain under their own licence terms, which we list for you.
Start with a conversation, not a contract.
