Hybrid delivery and build-operate-transfer hubs
On-shore technical leadership with nearshore and offshore capacity, built to become yours.
A capability centre has to become local
A capability centre is more than a delivery team in another country. It has to become a local institution that can run without the provider.
Hybrid delivery combines on-shore technical leadership with nearshore and offshore capacity. The build-operate-transfer model goes further: it ends with the client owning the team and its work.
What the model combines
One delivery model joins leadership close to your business with capacity in the regions where it is available, then transfers the capability to you.
On-shore leadership
Technical leadership close to your business, with delivery capacity across regions.
Nearshore and offshore capacity
Vetted engineering capacity, added under one delivery model and one set of standards.
A capability centre
A build-operate-transfer centre set up with full IP and operational handover.
Workforce localisation
National localisation and upskilling academies, including Saudization and Emiratization.
What transfers to you
The build-operate-transfer model is judged by what the client owns at the end.
The IP
Full ownership of the capability centre and the work it produces passes to you.
The operations
Operational handover to your team, not a permanent dependency on XSIS.
The team
XSIS recruits, trains and operates a local and global team, then transfers full ownership to you.
The security operations
A dedicated enterprise SOC, where the engagement includes one.

Pre-consulting session

Readiness review
In a free 48-hour readiness review, a Principal Architect checks your project against the 6-point Definition of Ready and recommends the track that fits.
Choosing the track
Scope-ready projects receive a binding proposal within 3–5 business days. Concept-stage projects start in the Blueprint Studio. A live system that is failing, undocumented or needs integration starts with a diagnostic of 1–2 weeks. The Blueprint Studio and the diagnostic each have a fixed fee, quoted in the proposal.
Delivery in five stages
Mobilisation, sprints with live demonstrations, integration and hardening, acceptance and go-live, then managed services. After launch comes a warranty period, then optional support and maintenance.
