How we work

Blueprint Studio

Turn a business idea into a specification, an architecture and a fixed-price build proposal before you commit to the build.

An idea is not yet a specification

An idea for a system does not say how it should work, what it must connect to or what it will cost to build. Without that, a fixed price is a guess and the change orders that follow are hard to plan for.

Blueprint Studio covers the point between the business outcome and the build: when the goal is clear but the requirements, the stack and the integration boundaries are not.

What you leave with

You leave with a Ready-to-Build Blueprint Pack of 6 deliverables: the product and functional specification, the architecture and technology stack blueprint, the integration and data contract specification, an interactive UI prototype, the security and regulatory matrix, and a binding fixed-price build proposal. You own 100% of the blueprint once the fee is paid, written in vendor-agnostic standards you can use with XSIS or with another provider.

  1. A specification a team can build from

User roles, permissions, screen-level rules, exception handling and acceptance criteria.

  2. An architecture that fits your constraints

System topology, data model, sizing, and the selected frameworks, ERP and AI models.

  3. Integration contracts

API payloads, sequence diagrams and reconciliation queues for every connected system.

  4. A fixed-price build proposal

A milestone plan, a delivery schedule and a binding price with the fee credit applied.

From idea to a ready pack

The workshops turn the idea into a pack an engineering team can build from.

Each tier runs the same workshops, to the depth the system needs.

  1. Alignment

Executive vision and KPIs, stakeholder mapping, and a legacy and data audit.

  2. Architecture

Functional workflows, stack and cloud selection, and ERP or bank API contracts.

  3. Prototyping

Interactive UX wireframes, the security and PQC or legal gate, and a working technical POC.

  4. Ready pack

The full PRD and TOGAF blueprint, the fixed-price build proposal and the fee credit certificate.

Three fixed-fee tiers

The tier follows the complexity of the system. The durations are typical; the proposal fixes the scope.

Tier 1: Rapid Scope & Stack Sprint

Scope
Single-domain web and mobile platforms, departmental portals, custom CRM or ERP modules, and focused API integrations.
Typical duration
1–2 weeks
Typical project
One domain, one portal or one integration.

Tier 2: Enterprise Architecture Blueprint

Scope
Multi-system enterprise platforms, SAP or Oracle with ISO 20022 banking synchronisation, legacy modernisation, and e-invoicing rollouts.
Typical duration
3–4 weeks
Typical project
Several systems, an ERP and banking synchronisation, or a regulated rollout.

Tier 3: Sovereign AI & Core System Studio + POC

Scope
Air-gapped sovereign LLMs, multi-agent MCP and A2A ecosystems, national e-government platforms, and digital twins, with a working POC.
Typical duration
4–6 weeks
Typical project
Sovereign AI, multi-agent systems, a national platform or a digital twin.

The Ready-to-Build Blueprint Pack

The pack hands over the documents a build team needs, written in vendor-agnostic standards.

  • Product and functional specification

User roles, permissions, screen-by-screen business rules, exception handling and acceptance criteria.

  • Architecture and technology stack blueprint

System topology, database schema, cloud or on-premises sizing, and the selected frameworks, ERPs and AI models.

  • Integration and data contract specification

API payloads (REST, GraphQL, OData, IDoc, ISO 20022, MCP), sequence diagrams and reconciliation queues for connected systems.

  • Interactive UI/UX prototype and technical POC

Clickable wireframes, and a working sandbox prototype for Tier 3, so stakeholders can validate the product before engineering starts.

  • Security, residency and regulatory matrix

Zero-trust identity and non-human identity design, post-quantum posture, data residency mapping, and compliance sign-off for PDPL, the EU AI Act, DORA and ZATCA.

  • Binding fixed-price execution SOW and WBS

A milestone-based work breakdown, delivery schedule, resource plan and fixed-price quote with the fee credit applied.

Commercial guardrails

The terms are written for enterprise procurement and are agreed in the proposal.

  • Full IP ownership

You own 100% of the blueprint once the fee is paid, written in vendor-agnostic standards you can use with XSIS or with another provider.

  • A credit note a CFO can accept

The fee is invoiced as a standalone consulting deliverable, and the credit note is applied against the build milestones.

  • A defined conversion window

The credit is valid for 60 calendar days after the blueprint is delivered, for a build contract of at least 8× the Blueprint fee.

  • Public-sector tenders

Where conflict-of-interest rules apply, the work is structured as a pre-commercial technical feasibility and POC pilot, or under a single design-and-build prime contract.

Questions and answers

When is Blueprint Studio the right track?

When the business outcome is clear but the requirements, the stack or the integration boundaries are not. A concept-stage project, such as a custom CRM, a portal or a sovereign AI agent, goes through Blueprint Studio before anyone quotes a build.

What is in the Ready-to-Build pack?

You receive a Ready-to-Build Blueprint Pack of 6 deliverables: the product and functional specification, the architecture and technology stack blueprint, the integration and data contract specification, an interactive UI prototype, the security and regulatory matrix, and a binding fixed-price build proposal.

Who owns the blueprint?

You own 100% of the blueprint once the fee is paid, written in vendor-agnostic standards you can use with XSIS or with another provider.

How does the fee credit work?

100% of the Blueprint fee is credited toward the build when you choose XSIS to build it. The credit is valid for 60 calendar days after the blueprint is delivered, for a build contract of at least 8× the Blueprint fee.

Can it run inside a public-sector tender?

Where conflict-of-interest rules apply, it is structured as a pre-commercial technical feasibility and POC pilot, or under a single design-and-build prime contract.

Have an idea, not yet a specification?

What happens next

  1. Readiness review

In a free 48-hour readiness review, a Principal Architect checks your project against the 6-point Definition of Ready and recommends the track that fits.

  2. Blueprint Studio

Structured workshops turn your goal into a ready-to-build blueprint. Tier 1 takes 1–2 weeks, Tier 2 3–4 weeks and Tier 3 4–6 weeks, each at a fixed fee quoted in the proposal.

  3. Ready-to-Build Blueprint Pack

You receive a Ready-to-Build Blueprint Pack of 6 deliverables: the product and functional specification, the architecture and technology stack blueprint, the integration and data contract specification, an interactive UI prototype, the security and regulatory matrix, and a binding fixed-price build proposal. You own 100% of the blueprint once the fee is paid, written in vendor-agnostic standards you can use with XSIS or with another provider.

  4. Fee credited to the build

100% of the Blueprint fee is credited toward the build when you choose XSIS to build it. The credit is valid for 60 calendar days after the blueprint is delivered, for a build contract of at least 8× the Blueprint fee.
