AI-native product teams
A managed team of senior engineers that designs, builds and tests your product as one unit.
One product, one team
A product needs engineering, quality and delivery to move as one team. Split across suppliers or contracts, decisions slow down at every handover.
A product pod gives one managed team the coding and QA tooling it needs, so the work does not pass between suppliers.
What a pod gives you
XSIS manages the pod as one team, staffed with senior engineers across the disciplines the product needs.
Senior engineers
A cross-functional team of senior engineers, not a single specialist with a support cast.
One managed team
XSIS runs the pod, its delivery and its quality, rather than supplying individual CVs.
Agentic coding harnesses
The team works with enterprise AI coding harnesses that speed up routine engineering.
QA harnesses
Automated QA and code-verification gates are part of the pod, not a separate contract.
Where a product pod fits
A pod suits work that needs a stable team and a continuous release rhythm.
High-velocity SaaS
A product with a short release cycle and a roadmap that changes with the market.
Cloud-native builds
Platforms designed for cloud infrastructure, managed services and continuous delivery.
Mobile apps
Consumer or enterprise apps that need engineering, design and quality in one team.
Continuous engineering
A distributed pod keeps the work moving across time zones and release windows.
Questions and answers
What is a product pod?
A managed, cross-functional team of senior engineers, equipped with agentic coding and QA harnesses.
Who manages the pod?
XSIS does. The pod is a managed team with one delivery responsibility, not a list of individual contractors.
How does a pod start?
It starts with the free 30-minute online pre-consulting session. The readiness review confirms the scope, and the proposal sets out the team, the milestones and the schedule.
Start with a conversation, not a contract.
Tell us what you need to build, connect or secure. An architect goes through it with you, then recommends where to start.
What happens next
Agreeing a time
Our team emails you to agree a time for the session.
Pre-consulting session
A free 30-minute online pre-consulting session: we go through your goals, systems and constraints.
Readiness review
In a free 48-hour readiness review, a Principal Architect checks your project against the 6-point Definition of Ready and recommends the track that fits.
Choosing the track
Scope-ready projects receive a binding proposal within 3–5 business days. Concept-stage projects start in the Blueprint Studio. A live system that is failing, undocumented or needs integration starts with a diagnostic of 1–2 weeks. The Blueprint Studio and the diagnostic each have a fixed fee, quoted in the proposal.
