Speech and Vision AI

Voice, chat and vision that handle real customer and operational work, not only simple questions.

Why It Matters

Customers call, write and send photographs at any hour. Most of that work arrives as speech, free text or an image, and someone has to listen, read or watch before anything happens.

A simple bot answers a question and hands over. The bigger gain comes when a conversation can check a record, change a booking or open a case. A camera can also flag a defect before a person sees it. These projects fail when the test cases are too clean, the hand-over loses the context, or recordings and images are kept without a rule.

What We Do

  • Voice agents that answer routine calls, complete the request in your systems and pass the rest to staff with the history.

  • Chat that checks, books, changes or pays through your systems, not only answers.

  • We read calls, messages and reviews, then show the themes, the mood and the cases that need attention.

  • Cameras that spot defects or safety issues on site, report them to the right team and keep footage local where it must stay.

What Changes for You

  1. Voice and chat agents answer routine requests through the night and pass the rest to your staff with the full context.

  2. The conversation ends with the work done in your systems, such as a booking changed or a case opened.

  3. Cameras spot defects or safety issues on site and report them without sending every frame away.

How the Work Runs

We build one channel or one site at a time, on your own recordings, messages and images. Your staff test the hand-over before a customer meets it.

  1. Choose the Conversations

We rank the requests by volume and value and agree which ones the agents complete. You name the requests that must always reach a person.

  2. Connect the Systems

We give the agent narrow access to the systems it needs, such as booking, CRM or payment. Your team approves each action and the limits on it.

  3. Build and Test

We build the voice, chat or vision model and test it on your own recordings, messages and images. You review the failures and agree the pass mark.

  4. Design the Hand-Over

We design how a conversation passes to a person with its history, and how a camera alert reaches the right team. Your staff test the hand-over before release.

  5. Release and Improve

We release one channel or site at a time and review the early runs with your team. You decide which requests or alerts are added next.

  6. Learn From Real Use

We review real conversations and images with your team, add failures to the test set and retune before the next release.

Platforms and Technologies

We use the cloud and edge platforms your estate already runs. Google Cloud provides the managed speech and vision services. NVIDIA GPUs are the processors that run the models, whether in a cloud region or at the camera on site. Processing at the camera keeps response times short where video cannot wait. We choose the speech recognition, speech synthesis and computer vision models per language and per task, and test them on your own material before release.

Questions

What buyers ask before they put voice, chat or vision in front of customers.

Will this replace our contact-centre staff?

It takes the routine, high-volume requests, so your staff handle the complex and sensitive ones. A conversation can pass to a person with its full history, and you decide which requests the agent completes alone.

Can a voice or chat agent actually complete a request?

Yes, when we connect it to the system that holds the record. The agent uses defined tools to check an order, change a booking or open a case, and a payment can require a person to confirm.

Which languages and accents can you handle?

We build and test in the languages your customers use. The model is tested on your own recordings before a customer hears it. An accent in a test set is not the same as an accent on a call.

How are recordings, messages and images protected?

They stay where you allow, which can be inside your own environment. Access is limited and logged, personal data is masked where the task allows, and retention follows your rule.

Why run vision at the edge?

Video is heavy and some decisions cannot wait for a round trip. Processing near the camera gives a faster answer, sends less data and keeps footage on site when it must stay there.
