Overview
We find the gaps attackers use, close them in order and watch for the next one.
The work covers identity, applications, cloud, industrial systems, AI and cryptography, with engineers from KONG GROUP, where cryptographic software is built and tested.
Services
Security Assessment and Testing
Clear evidence of where you are exposed, with fixes prioritised and re-tested.
Identity and Access Management
The right people and systems reach only what they need, with access that is easy to prove.
Cloud and Application Security
Applications and cloud environments secured as they are built, not after they ship.
Managed Detection and Response
Threats found and handled around the clock by a team that already knows your estate.
OT and IoT Security
Industrial and connected devices protected without disrupting the operations they run.
AI Security
AI systems protected from misuse, with agent access governed and behaviour auditable.
Post-Quantum Cryptography
Cryptography ready for quantum risk, migrated in planned steps with no break in service.
Industries
Platforms
Naming a product does not mean a partnership with its vendor.
AWS
We set up AWS accounts and guardrails, move workloads with its migration tools and keep cost and access visible.
Red Hat
We build OpenShift platforms on Red Hat, move applications into containers and keep operations planned.
NVIDIA
We size and build GPU estates on NVIDIA for training and inference, then prove the stack under a real workload.
Microsoft
We join Azure, Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 on one identity model, so teams share one set of records.
Oracle
We move Oracle databases and Fusion applications together, with performance tested before each cutover.

How to Start
What Happens Next
Pre-Consulting Session
A free 30-minute online pre-consulting session: we go through your goals, systems and constraints.
Readiness Review
In a free 48-hour Readiness Review, a Principal Architect checks your project against What we need before we start and recommends the track that fits.
Choosing the Track
Scope-ready projects receive a binding proposal within 3 to 5 business days. Concept-stage projects start with Discovery and Design. A live system that is failing, undocumented or needs integration starts with the Live System Review of 1 to 2 weeks. Discovery and Design and the Live System Review each have a fixed fee, quoted in the proposal.
Delivery in Five Stages
Mobilisation, sprints with live demonstrations, integration and hardening, acceptance and go-live, then managed services. After launch comes a warranty period, then optional support and maintenance.
The quickest way in is the Security and Cryptography Review package, one of our rapid engagement packages.
Where to StartQuestions and Answers
Where should we start with cybersecurity?
Start with the systems that would hurt most if attacked. Usually they hold customer or payment data, move money or keep the business running. A focused assessment of them shows the weaknesses that matter and gives you a ranked plan. If you use AI agents or hold data that must stay secret for years, AI security or post-quantum cryptography is the natural first step.
What drives the cost of security work?
The main drivers are the number and size of the systems in scope and how deep the work must go. Cost also depends on whether we fix what we find, the number of sites or agents, and the evidence your auditors need. We confirm the scope first, then send a proposal with the method and the price.
What do you need from us?
A named owner for each system in scope, the access and test windows we need, and a person who can decide on risk. You also decide what may be changed and when. We bring the method, the evidence and the people who do the work.
What happens if we have a security incident?
Follow your response plan and call the contacts it names. If we support your systems, your XSIS contact is one of them. We work with your team to contain the incident, keep the evidence, restore service and find the cause. Afterwards you receive a written review of what happened and the changes that prevent a repeat.
Tell Us What You Need to Run, Build or Secure.
Describe the service, the systems and the pressure you are under. The right team takes it from there.
