We set up AWS accounts and guardrails, move workloads with its migration tools and keep cost and access visible.

What We Do on AWS

AWS work begins with the account structure. We set the account hierarchy, guardrails and a shared network. Then we move servers with the AWS migration tools and rebuild data on Amazon S3 (object store), Amazon Redshift (warehouse) and Amazon RDS (managed databases). Containers run on Amazon EKS.

Migration runs in waves, each with a tested rollback. Cost planning starts with the current bill, then sets budgets and a monthly review. Access moves to IAM roles.

You provide an owner for each account, the current architecture and each system's service levels. You decide the account structure, and which systems move in the first wave. Both are recorded before it starts.

Where These Projects Go Wrong

Small account decisions become large AWS bills. We remove the cause.

  • Accounts Grow Without Owners

New accounts appear with no owner, budget or logging. We agree the structure and labels first, so every account has both.

  • Cost Drifts After Launch

Spend rises through idle instances, unused volumes and unmanaged commitments. We rightsize, set budgets and review the largest changes.

  • Access Spreads Across Long-Lived Keys

Broad roles and old keys stay in use. We move access to IAM roles with short sessions and keep a record.

How a Project Starts

A project begins by making the account estate visible and safe.

  1. Inventory the Accounts

We list accounts, workloads, data flows and spend. You receive a map with spend beside each owner. You choose the first workload.

  2. Write the Guardrails

We design accounts, network, identity and guardrails as code. A test account proves each rule. You approve it first.

  3. Prove One Migration Wave

We move one representative workload with the migration tooling. You receive the runbook, timing and rollback step. You set the next wave.

Questions

Questions a buyer brings to an AWS conversation.

Can you work with the AWS estate we already run?

Yes. We inspect accounts, networks, roles and spend, keep what works and change what blocks scale.

How do you move workloads without downtime?

Traffic moves only after a data check, and every cutover keeps a way back. One wave ends before the next begins.

How do you stop AWS costs drifting?

Budgets and labels sit on each account. We rightsize idle resources and review commitments.

Can you fix the way our teams get access?

Yes. Long-lived keys give way to job-scoped roles, with every use recorded.

Do you leave our team able to run it?

We hand over the code, runbooks and monitors. Your engineers then run it with us.
