Hybrid Cloud and Data Centre
Cloud and on-premises systems run as one estate, with clear placement and control.
Why It Matters
Most estates are now part cloud and part data centre, and the parts rarely follow the same rules for access, logging and recovery.
When placement is unclear, data lands where it should not and costs rise. Recovery plans that have never been tested fail on the day, and slow links between sites make every shared service feel broken.
What We Do
Private Cloud
Cloud you control, in the place your rules require, on your premises or with a provider you choose.
Networks, Servers, Storage and Identity
The core estate documented, segmented and built from repeatable configurations, with every backup proven by a restore.
Edge Computing
Processing close to the work, where distance or connectivity demands it, under the same access and logging rules as the rest of the estate.
Backup and Disaster Recovery
Recovery objectives and a rehearsed plan for each system, so you know what returns and in what order.
What Changes for You
Each System in the Right Place
Workloads sit in your data centre, a private cloud or a public cloud for a written reason you can show to any auditor.
One Set of Rules
Identity, logging and recovery work the same across sites and cloud accounts, so your team learns one way of working.
A Recovery Plan That Works
Each system has agreed recovery objectives, a written plan and a rehearsal that proves what returns and in what order.
How the Work Runs
We start from what you have and change it in stages. Each stage leaves the estate working, and each ends with a document your team can check. Moving workloads between sites is a separate plan, with its own acceptance tests.
Assess the Estate
We inventory networks, servers, storage and identity services and map how they depend on each other. You give us the diagrams, the access and the names of the owners, and you receive a placement register that records where each system should sit and why.
Design the Target
We agree the network and identity design: addresses, routes, sign-in, access rules and logging for every site and cloud account. One access policy and one logging standard apply everywhere, and you approve every exception in writing before building starts.
Renew the Core
Networks, servers, storage and identity are built from documented, repeatable configurations. Your team reviews each configuration before it is applied, and you decide what stays on your premises.
Connect the Parts
Encrypted links join your sites and cloud accounts, sized for the traffic each shared service needs. You approve the addressing, access and logging rules before the first link is live. We then measure the link under load, so a slow connection is found before users meet it.
Hand Over
You receive the configurations, a tested recovery runbook and a log coverage report, and we rehearse recovery with your team until the results are recorded. You decide when your team takes over, and we stay for the first changes.
Platforms and Technologies
We work with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Exoscale and Tencent Cloud. Red Hat Enterprise Linux runs your servers, and OpenShift runs your containers. Kubernetes keeps workloads portable. Terraform, OpenTofu and Pulumi describe the estate as files your team can review. NVIDIA graphics processing units (GPUs) and vLLM serve AI models next to your data.

Naming a product does not mean a partnership with its vendor.
AWS
We set up AWS accounts and guardrails, move workloads with its migration tools and keep cost and access visible.
Google Cloud
We build data, analytics and AI systems on Google Cloud, with BigQuery, Vertex AI and GKE under one control model.
Red Hat
We build OpenShift platforms on Red Hat, move applications into containers and keep operations planned.
NVIDIA
We size and build GPU estates on NVIDIA for training and inference, then prove the stack under a real workload.
Industries
Energy and Utilities
Smart-grid analytics, OT defence, asset maintenance and ESG reporting for energy producers, utilities and grid operators.
Manufacturing and Enterprise ERP
ERP extensions, MES and supplier integrations, supplier file feeds and planning data for manufacturers and multi-entity enterprises.
Public Sector
Citizen portals, case management, payments and integrations with government registries, designed to recognised accessibility guidelines.
Questions
What buyers ask before they combine cloud and on-premises systems.
Should we keep systems on our premises or move them to the cloud?
It depends on each system: its data, performance, connectivity and licences. Many estates run best as a designed mix of both.
Can you work with the equipment we already have?
Yes. We start from what you have and replace only what is out of support or blocks the design. You choose any supplier.
What drives the cost of infrastructure work?
The number of sites, systems and environments, and the state of their documentation. Your hardware, licences and cloud usage are separate costs, listed before you commit.
Who owns the designs and documentation?
You do. Diagrams, configurations, scripts and runbooks go to your own repositories and document stores. Nothing depends on an XSIS account.
Can you run the estate after the project?
Yes, if you want us to. We monitor the estate, apply updates and respond to incidents within agreed times. The runbooks are yours either way.
Tell Us What You Need to Run, Build or Secure.
Describe the service, the systems and the pressure you are under. The right team takes it from there.
