What We Do on Microsoft
Azure holds infrastructure, Microsoft 365 holds work, Dynamics 365 holds applications and Power Platform holds automation. The engagements join those layers: an Entra identity design, an Azure landing zone, a Dynamics 365 build, a Power Automate service and a licence review.
Microsoft Entra, the identity service, is the hinge. We design access, logging and data flow once, then connect Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 and the applications around them. Each link has an owner.
You provide tenant owners, the identity team and each process owner. You decide the tenant and licence model, and which records may leave the tenant. Both are recorded before the build.
