Regulatory and AI governance advisory
Systems and AI built to pass the regulations that apply to them
More rules, firmer deadlines, real penalties
Privacy laws, AI laws and operational resilience rules now apply across MENA, Europe and Asia at once. Each regulator asks for evidence, and an international business must satisfy several of them.
Compliance is often added after a system is built, when changes cost most. AI raises new questions too: who approved a model, how it was tested and what stops it doing harm.
What you get
The rules mapped
A clear map of the rules that apply to each system, and where the gaps are.
Ready for inspection
Systems engineered to pass the audits that matter, with evidence ready for inspectors.
AI you can govern
AI governance with guardrails, approvals and risk audits your board can rely on.
Compliance by design
Compliance designed in from the start, not added after go-live.
What we deliver
Privacy and AI law compliance
Systems and data flows aligned with the EU AI Act, GDPR, the EU Data Act, CCPA, MENA personal data protection laws (PDPL) and APAC privacy rules.
Regulatory resilience audits
Audit readiness for DORA, NIS2 and the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) in Europe, NCA ECC and SAMA in Saudi Arabia, and ISO 27001 and ISO 42001.
AI governance, guardrails and algorithmic risk audits
Policies, approval steps, technical guardrails and audits of algorithmic risk, so each AI system has an owner, a test record and limits.
How it works
The same approach brings tax mandates such as ZATCA Phase 2 and UAE PINT-AE e-invoicing into the ERP, with audit evidence built into the integration.
Identify the rules
With your legal and compliance teams, we list the regulations that apply to each system, country and kind of data.
Find the gaps
We compare systems, data flows, controls and records with each requirement, and rank the gaps by risk and deadline.
Design the controls
We design the technical and process controls that close each gap, from encryption and logging to model approvals.
Engineer and evidence
Our engineers build the controls, and we assemble the evidence an auditor or regulator will ask for.
Keep it current
We set up reviews and monitoring, so compliance holds as systems, models and regulations change.
Technologies and standards
We engineer client platforms to pass EU AI Act, DORA, NIS2, MENA PDPL, Saudi NCA ECC and SAMA inspections. We also prepare them for ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 audits, inside the client’s own environment.

How to start
Regulatory work often starts within a Blueprint Studio engagement, whose security, residency and regulatory matrix maps each mandate to the design before the build is priced.
What happens next
Readiness review
In a free 48-hour readiness review, a Principal Architect checks your project against the 6-point Definition of Ready and recommends the track that fits.
Blueprint Studio
Structured workshops turn your goal into a ready-to-build blueprint. Tier 1 takes 1–2 weeks, Tier 2 3–4 weeks and Tier 3 4–6 weeks, each at a fixed fee quoted in the proposal.
Ready-to-Build Blueprint Pack
You receive a Ready-to-Build Blueprint Pack of 6 deliverables: the product and functional specification, the architecture and technology stack blueprint, the integration and data contract specification, an interactive UI prototype, the security and regulatory matrix, and a binding fixed-price build proposal. You own 100% of the blueprint once the fee is paid, written in vendor-agnostic standards you can use with XSIS or with another provider.
Fee credited to the build
100% of the Blueprint fee is credited toward the build when you choose XSIS to build it. The credit is valid for 60 calendar days after the blueprint is delivered, for a build contract of at least 8× the Blueprint fee.
Questions and answers
Which regulations do you work with?
Privacy and AI laws such as the EU AI Act, GDPR, the EU Data Act, CCPA and MENA PDPL. Resilience rules such as DORA, NIS2, the Cyber Resilience Act, NCA ECC and SAMA. And ISO 27001 and ISO 42001.
Do you give legal advice?
No. Your legal and compliance teams decide how the rules apply to you. We work with them to turn those decisions into systems, controls and evidence that an auditor can check.
Is XSIS itself certified to these standards?
We do not claim certificates we do not hold. We engineer your platforms to pass the audits that apply to you, inside your own environment, and prepare the evidence your auditors will request.
What does the EU AI Act mean for our AI systems?
It sorts AI systems by risk and sets duties for each level, such as documentation, human oversight and testing. We help you classify your systems and build the records and controls each level requires.
What is DORA, and does it apply to us?
The Digital Operational Resilience Act sets resilience rules for financial entities in the EU and their critical technology providers. Your compliance team confirms whether it applies; we then engineer and evidence the controls.
What does AI governance involve in practice?
An owner and an approval step for each AI system, tests for accuracy, bias and misuse, guardrails on inputs and outputs, and audits of algorithmic risk. Records show who approved what, and why.
We operate in several countries. Can one design satisfy them all?
Often, much of it can. We map the requirements of each country side by side and design shared controls where they overlap. Where rules differ, such as on data residency, the design handles each case.
Start with a conversation, not a contract.
Tell us what you need to build, connect or secure. An architect goes through it with you, then recommends where to start.

Agreeing a time
Our team emails you to agree a time for the session.
Pre-consulting session
A free 30-minute online pre-consulting session: we go through your goals, systems and constraints.
Readiness review
In a free 48-hour readiness review, a Principal Architect checks your project against the 6-point Definition of Ready and recommends the track that fits.
Choosing the track
Scope-ready projects receive a binding proposal within 3–5 business days. Concept-stage projects start in the Blueprint Studio. A live system that is failing, undocumented or needs integration starts with a diagnostic of 1–2 weeks. The Blueprint Studio and the diagnostic each have a fixed fee, quoted in the proposal.
