Legal, risk and compliance

Regulatory reports produced from governed data, with evidence for every figure.

Why compliance costs keep rising

New rules arrive every year: the EU AI Act, DORA, NIS2, the MENA personal data protection laws, and local cyber and banking rules. Each asks for evidence, and the evidence is gathered by hand from systems that were not built to provide it.

  • More rules, more often

AI, privacy, resilience and cyber rules overlap and keep changing.

  • Evidence gathered by hand

Reports are assembled from spreadsheets and screenshots.

  • AI without governance

Models and agents go into use before anyone can audit them.

What changes

  1. Automated regulatory reporting

Reports built from governed data, with lineage back to the source.

  2. AI that can be audited

Guardrails, algorithmic risk audits and records of what each model did.

  3. Screening that keeps up

Fraud, AML and KYC checks run as transactions happen.

What we deliver

  • Regulatory and AI governance advisory

Compliance for the EU AI Act, GDPR, the EU Data Act, CCPA and the MENA PDPL; resilience audits for DORA, NIS2, the CRA, Saudi NCA ECC, SAMA and ISO 27001/42001.

  • AI governance and guardrails

AI governance, guardrails and algorithmic risk auditing, and red-teaming of AI agents.

  • Data governance and lineage

Master data management, data contracts and automated lineage, so every figure can be traced.

  • KYC document processing

Multimodal extraction of KYC and onboarding documents, with people reviewing exceptions.

  • Fraud and AML detection

Real-time fraud, AML and behavioural anomaly detection with explainable models.

  • Automated reporting

Automated operational and regulatory reporting from the governed data.

How we work

  1. Map the obligations

Which rules apply, and what evidence each one needs.

  2. Govern the data

Lineage and quality on the data the evidence comes from.

  3. Automate the reports

Reports and checks produced from that data, ready for review.

How to start

What happens next

  1. Readiness review

In a free 48-hour readiness review, a Principal Architect checks your project against the 6-point Definition of Ready and recommends the track that fits.

  2. Blueprint Studio

Structured workshops turn your goal into a ready-to-build blueprint. Tier 1 takes 1–2 weeks, Tier 2 3–4 weeks and Tier 3 4–6 weeks, each at a fixed fee quoted in the proposal.

  3. Ready-to-Build Blueprint Pack

You receive a Ready-to-Build Blueprint Pack of 6 deliverables: the product and functional specification, the architecture and technology stack blueprint, the integration and data contract specification, an interactive UI prototype, the security and regulatory matrix, and a binding fixed-price build proposal. You own 100% of the blueprint once the fee is paid, written in vendor-agnostic standards you can use with XSIS or with another provider.

  4. Fee credited to the build

100% of the Blueprint fee is credited toward the build when you choose XSIS to build it. The credit is valid for 60 calendar days after the blueprint is delivered, for a build contract of at least 8× the Blueprint fee.

  • AI-native product teams

Managed, cross-functional pods of senior engineers, equipped with agentic coding and QA harnesses.

  • Fixed-outcome projects and round-the-clock managed services

Fixed-scope, milestone-driven delivery with named delivery leads, and round-the-clock application managed services under SLA governance.

The quickest way in is the Digital transformation and AI ROI blueprint package, one of our rapid engagement packages.

Questions and answers

Start with a conversation, not a contract.

Tell us what you need to build, connect or secure. An architect goes through it with you, then recommends where to start.

What happens next

  1. Agreeing a time

Our team emails you to agree a time for the session.

  2. Pre-consulting session

A free 30-minute online pre-consulting session: we go through your goals, systems and constraints.

  3. Readiness review

In a free 48-hour readiness review, a Principal Architect checks your project against the 6-point Definition of Ready and recommends the track that fits.

  4. Choosing the track

Scope-ready projects receive a binding proposal within 3–5 business days. Concept-stage projects start in the Blueprint Studio. A live system that is failing, undocumented or needs integration starts with a diagnostic of 1–2 weeks. The Blueprint Studio and the diagnostic each have a fixed fee, quoted in the proposal.
